There are 8 key control stage:

Detection range: our actual detection sample value is calculated through the standard curve, the correlation coefficient R of quantitative kits in standard curve is over than 0.99.
Specificity: we select raw materials with high specificity to ensure the excellent specificity of ELISA kits, eliminate cross-reactions and interference, and confirm final target identification and detection.
Lower detection limit: it is an indicator of sensitivity. This is determined by different factors like antibody titer. The lower the detection limit, the higher the sensitivity.
Linearity: this is the criterion for determination of accuracy and specificity. Once the results of each dilution are within 80%-120% of the expected concentration, the linearity is good. Linearity is critical for accurate measurement in the dynamic detection range.
Recovery rate: recovery rate reflects the loss degree of analyte. The higher recovery rate, the higher accuracy. Recovery experiments can determine whether the interfering factors affect the kits.
Coefficient of variation(CV%) is the degree of conformity for repeat measurements in the same sample, it represents the measuring consistency.
Intra-assay accuracy: this is the precision of testing within the same batch.
Inter-assay accuracy: it is the precision of testing in different batches.
Stability: High stability determines the long storage time in different temperature range. In order to minimize the inactivation of antigens and antibodies during transportation and storage.
