But also produced by other cells like B cells, NK cells, mast cells, neutrophils, dendritic cells, microglia, endothelial cells, smooth muscle cells, cardiomyocytes, and fibroblasts. In addition, TNF-α is a pro-inflammatory cytokine with antitumor response stimulation in vitro.
